Contributed to BMW Customer Journey, a direct BMW digital retail project awarded after a shortlist of 10 global companies, designed for BMW USA dealerships and currently supporting 10+ dealerships.
Built configurable dealership workflows by integrating AppExNow services for APIs, documents, inventory, lending configurations, and order management.
Implemented analytics tracking and integrated Mitek, Lightico, and Stripe to digitize identity verification, document signing, and payments, reducing dealership visits across 5 applicant/co-applicant flows.
Spearheaded a script-injected Payment Estimator for dealership websites, serving as the entry point to the customer journey, and built a Playwright + Lighthouse dashboard to monitor 2 applications per deployment.
